REFUND POLICY

2017 FALL REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN APRIL 4, 2017
EARLY REGISTRATION
COST $135 (INCLUDES $17.50 NATIONAL NON REFUNDABLE PLAYER FEE)
APRIL 4 -JUNE 2, 2017
DURING EARLY REGISTRATION YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO "BUYOUT" OF THE FUNDRAISER FOR $30 OR YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE FUNDRAISER (FUNDRAISER WILL BE SELLING A BOX OF 60 CANDY BARS AT $1 EACH). THE MONEY FOR THE BOX OF CANDY WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE.

COST AFTER JUNE 2 WILL BE $205.

THOSE WHO REGISTER BEFORE JULY 1 WILL BE GUARANTEED A SPOT ON A TEAM.

YSO REGION 5 REFUND POLICIES & PLAYER DROP FORM

EFFECTIVE 9-27-2016

Players that drop from our league may receive a refund per the following guidelines and procedures: THERE IS NO REFUND OF THE $17.50 PLAYER FEE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. This is mandated by AYSO National.

 FALL SEASON

1.       Any player, who withdraws prior to July 1st, of the year in which the season begins, will result in a full refund of the Registration fee, providing that the player/parent submits a request for a refund by completing the Region 5 Refund Policy & Player Drop Form.

2.       Any player who withdraws on or after July 1, of the year in which the season begins, and prior to the player draft will result in a refund of the registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee, provided that the player/parent submits a request for a refund by completing the Region 5 Refund Policy & Player Drop Form.

3.       Any player who withdraws on or after team formation shall not be entitled to a refund. The team formation is usually the last weekend in July and will be posted on the website.

SPRING SEASON

1.       Any player, who withdraws prior to February 1st, of the year in which the season begins, will result in a full refund of the Registration fee, providing that the player/parent submits a request for a refund by completing the region 5 Refund Policy & Player Drop Form.

2.       Any player who withdraws on or after February 1st of the year in which the season begins and prior to the date of the first game will result in a refund of the registration fee minus a $35 administrative fee provided that the player/parent submits a request for a refund by completing the Region 5 Refund Policy & Player Drop Form.

3.       Any player who withdraws on or after March 1 of the year in which the season begins shall not be entitled to a refund.

PROCEDURE

1.       Parent: The parent/guardian requesting the drop must obtain a Player Drop Form, complete the “Parent” section below and sign (electronic signature accepted). See link below

2.       Registrar: The Registrar will notify the league Treasurer of the amount of the refund and where to send the refund if paid by check. If payment was by credit card, the proper amount will be credited to the card on file.
