ATTENTION ALL VOLUNTEERS:
Coaches, Referee’s, Team Parent or Any Other Volunteer for AYSO

You will need your AYSO ID number to access the courses AND your region must have registered you in the fall Season 2008 membership year.

If you haven’t already done so, you will need to submit a volunteer application to your region. An application must be submitted each year. This can be completed easily online at www.eayso.org. Be sure to enter a user name and password when asked to do so as this will allow you to see your AYSO I.D. number later. When you’ve entered all the requested information, print out at least two copies of the application, sign and date each one, then submit them to your region. NOTE: THE APPLICATION WILL CONTAIN A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. THIS IS NOT YOUR AYSO ID NUMBER. When the region processes your application our system will issue your AYSO I.D. number. At busy times of the year, it may take several days for your application to be processed.

FINDING YOUR AYSO ID NUMBER:
If you completed an application online through eAYSO, you can check the status of your application by logging back into eAYSO. At the Welcome screen click on the blue button labeled Volunteers. When the screen refreshes, click on the button at the end of the line that reads "Current volunteer(s): See AYSO I.D." When the region has processed your application, the ID number will appear on this screen. Note the Season for which you are currently registered. It must read FS2007 or FS2008 for you to access the online training.

REMEMBER:
Each Volunteer MUST fill out a Volunteer Application each year. It only takes 5 minutes to complete. Print out two copies and give them to your Director or any Region 5 Board Member. Without every volunteer completing this application, we put every player and volunteer at risk.
